It's important to note that self-esteem is not fixed or set in stone. It can fluctuate throughout our lives due to various internal and external factors. However, by actively working on improving our self-esteem, we can develop a more positive and realistic view of ourselves, cultivate self-compassion, and build resilience to navigate life's challenges.
