Mind-blowing, right? Hear me out…
When I go for a run, or a cycle, or do one of my MMA workouts, there are two words I use.
“Thank you.”
And I say them to my body…
🦶🏻 to the feet that carry my weight…
🍑 to the bum that hates a hard cycle seat, but bears it anyway…
👊🏻 to the hands that clench when I’m punching…
And when I’m grateful for those body parts’ work, what happens?
They continue to work hard for me.
They continue to help me achieve my physical goals.
My body gives back in karma its own thanks for my gratitude.
It may sound crazy that we subject OURSELVES to the law of reciprocity, but we do.
Doing things for others will result in goodness boomeranging back to us…
And that boomerang works within us too - the more I love myself, the more my body will love me back…
