As we continue our tour de force through the classical elements, we’re diving (!) into the WATER element…
I’m a water sign (Scorpio), so this one resonates a lot for me.
I’ve been called all the type al ‘too water-y’ things….
“Too serious…”
“Too deep…”
“Too intimate…”
“Too trusting…”
“Too emotional…”
Basically, all the “toos”!!! 🤣
I’m sure that resonates with you too!
In today’s podcast episode, I’m sharing all the GOSS on how to rebalance your water side…
How to increase the water element, if you’re lacking… (maybe you’re the type who stubbornly refuses to go deeper than discussing the WEATHER…)
And how to balance it, if it feels out of control…. (maybe you forgive and forgive and forgive, when it’s time to abandon a toxic friendship… 🙋🏻♀️)
Water is an incredibly powerful element - as long as you allow it to flow through you in the right way…
One of the most destructive forces in the world is also one we cannot live without.
The fire element represents passion, drive, and ambition.
It's a symbol of life force, energy, power, and creativity.
We depend on warmth, cooked food, light - all fire-based!
BUT…
At the same time, it’s destructive and can be deadly…
It’s easy to only associate fire with its negative aspects.
This is especially easy now that we (mostly) don’t see the flames that heat us, or cook our food.
Even the ‘fiery language’ we use is negative…
“Flaming” for bullying…
“Getting burned” when we are scammed…
The fire element is a powerful force in the natural world.
In today’s podcast, we explore all aspects of the fire element: what it means symbolically, how you use it in your everyday life, and some tips for increasing the fire element in your spiritual life!

The air element is the most common of all natural elements. It surrounds us, we breathe it to survive.
We use it to regulate temperature by either heating or cooling the air around us.
Life giving and life preserving.
It is omnipresent, and yet for a long time I didn’t realise how much Air infuses (pun intended 🤣) our deepest soul and inner knowing.
Air is not just the life-giver, it is the SOUL-giver.
Ancient wisdom tells us the Air is the element of TRANSFORMATION…
And who doesn’t want to transform at least something in their life, right?!
In today’s podcast episode, I’m sharing some AWESOME AIRINESS!
💫 An overview of what the air element is, and what woo / ancient wisdom tells us about….
😳 What it looks like to have TOO MUCH air (Geminis, Librans, Aquarians - I’m talking to YOU!)….
🧘🏼♀️ How to increase air in your life - and we finish up with a beautiful meditation / visualisation exercise…

In the western world, we live in a culture that is deeply rooted with our five natural elements. The earth element is one of these and it has been present for all of human history.
We stand on the ground which provides us with stability and support.
We create structures out of concrete, brick or wood to protect ourselves from the weather outside while also providing us shelter and comfort inside.
In essence, this episode will explore how the earth element shows up in our lives, and ways we can increase it.
If you're an earth sign, you might think you've heard all this before - BUT you need to listen, as maybe you've become TOO earth-bound in your behaviour. Find out the symptoms of that in today's episode!

Earth, Air, Fire, and Water.
The four elements have been a part of human understanding for centuries.
And we use every single one of them every day of our lives.
Just this morning, I’ve stood on earth, breathed in air, benefitted from the warmth of fire, and hydrated with water.
The Ancient Greeks believed all things came from one of the four elements, and that they were eternal and unchanging. The Sumerians, the Maya, the Babylonians, and many other cultures and religions believed the same.
You are made up of these elements, and they surround you.
But what happens if they’re out of balance?
When they get out of balance in the world at large, we see Mass Extinction Events, sudden and dramatic events that caused the death of many different species at one point in time. Looking through the history of these, they are all related to one of the elements getting out of sync with the others.
Destructive fires.
Deluges and floods (mentioned some 500 times in historical texts!).
Earthquakes.
Asteroid collisions.
It's not a secret that ancient civilizations worshipped the elements and gods that represented them. After all, if these elements were what could kill you, why would you not?!
People also realised that we are made up of these four elements, and the more we incorporate all four into our own lives, the better we will feel.
We’ve now got out of touch with the elements, and that’s why my podcast today is all about their history. I’ll be sharing the plan for this series of episodes, where we’ll deep dive into each element in a dedicated episode.
If you ever feel out of balance, you don’t want to miss out on listening!

Wilde About Wellbeing is now Wilde About Woo!
I'm excited to introduce you to my new name, and share with you the reasons I've made this change.
In this podcast I cover: What woo-woo means, why it's important for me to make a name change, and what you can expect from me in the future. [Spoiler alert - Not much different!]
In this episode, I'm also talking about animal Medicine, particularly spiders and hyenas!
I focus on two animals in particular, the Spider and the Hyena. Spiders represent patience and persistence to me - they're always there waiting for you to get caught in their web, but is that for your own good? They also teach us how to spin our own webs and create situations that will benefit us. Hyenas have similar qualities as well - they too are focussed on creativity, but in a fun-seeking, laugh-a-minute way!

The first step to transformation is SELF AWARENESS…
I was CONVINCED that I knew myself.
I would’ve told you that I was 100% certain I was FULLY aware of every story I had.
That was such RUBBISH.
I had managed to deceive myself into believing I knew myself.
It wasn’t until I developed my skills at self awareness that I was able to TRANSFORM.
In this episode, I’m sharing the top FIVE things I did to begin my transformational process.
They’re all easy things you can start to slip into everyday life.
Before you know it, you’ll be well on your way to transforming yourself and your life!!

Would you like a MAGIC WAND?
It’s called TRANSFORMATION…
What if, just like a magic spell, you could cast dreams with your wand…
And have them come true?
What would be YOUR transformational spell?
In today’s podcast, I’m talking about exactly what transformation is.
I share with you how we get to the point where we NEED to transform our lives…
And why transformation is more necessary than ever in our current world.
Full disclosure… I DO dig into telling you about how I can coach YOU, BUT that’s a small part of the episode.
This episode isn’t about what I can do for you, but about what YOU can do for YOURSELF!
There’s plenty of meat there to get going with on your own - I’m excited you get to hear this info!!

Do you worry that being grateful for what you have NOW is complacency? I used to…
I mean, it makes some logical sense, right?
I say ‘thank you’ for, say, 1lb of weight release.
My subconscious / the Universe thinks, “Oh right, you’re happy with a 1lb?”
I never lose more than 1lb.
But that’s simply NOT TRUE.
My experience is more like this…
“Wow, subconscious, universe, body, thank you for the 1lb of weight release. You RAAAAAWK!!”
“Yay, so glad you’re pleased! Now we know how much you like weigh release, we’ll give you more!”
“Gee, 2lb released this week!? Thanks so much! I’m like a weight release MAGNET!”
In today’s podcast episode, I’m talking about how we can be grateful WITHOUT blocking ‘more, more, more’!!
