it’s safe to say we’ve all caught ourselves feeling undeserving or unworthy at one point or another, but that couldn’t be further from the truth. we are all deserving of living and creating a life we love. in this episode we discuss our personal experiences with feeling undeserving and what we do when when we find ourselves in that negative headspace. may this episode be a safe and relatable space for us to all work through our negative beliefs together and replace them with positive ones. this week’s task is to write five reasons why you’re deserving of something currently present in your life right now and subconsciously carry this habit with you every day. your brain can be your best tool or your biggest enemy; learn to make it your friend. as always, please let us know your thoughts/topic suggestions by leaving a review or messaging us on @somethingsoff.la on IG.
