Today I’m honoured to be joined by a fellow creative, architectural designer, mama, wife and all-round go-getter Natalie Van Der Merwe.
Natalie had desire to remain in the Architecture world, but wanted shift her business to work with clients more aligned with her values, niche down to capatilise on her zone of genius and create services that met the needs of her clients. All this would see her differentiate herself from traditional practice in an innovative way.
Her new business is called On Home Ground - first and foremost it is a design consultancy that exists for two reasons: to create sustainable, healthy homes and provide hands-on education for her clients and community.
Natalie shows us we don’t have to put our dreams totally on hold if don’t want to when we become a fist time mum, even if the process takes a little bit longer than you originally anticipated! The On Home Ground website is launching very soon, so make sure you follow Natalie on Instagram https://instagram.com/onhomeground and look out for any updates.
If you'd like to do something similar to Natalie in your work but want the guidance of a coach to do it, head to www.rubymarsh.com/private-mentoring for more details on my 1:1 options.
