Canadian, living in Tokyo. Happy Cow ambassador and vegan activist. He serves as the Director of Continuing Education and Corporate Education at Temple University Japan, where he oversees the budget with a steadfast commitment to ethical and sustainable principles. Since fully embracing veganism in October 2011, Paul's life has been deeply influenced by the desire to educate others about the ethical, environmental, and health aspects of veganism. He is an active participant in animal rights, having collaborated with organizations such as Anonymous for the Voiceless, For Animals Japan, Animal Rights Center Japan, and PETA. His activism extends beyond demonstrations; by living his values, Paul and his vegan wife strive to make cruelty-free choices in all aspects of their lives, advocating for change through example rather than imposition.

Approaching his 60s, his vegan lifestyle is a testament to the health benefits of plant-based living, boasting vitality and medication-free health that outpaces others half his age. In professional settings, he prefers to let his vegan identity emerge organically, believing that personal example is the most compelling advocacy. He lives by a simple yet profound philosophy: "When you know better, you do better."
