【Hanna Westergren Profile】
A Fashion Designer, Pattern Maker and Textile Teacher who left the Fashion Industry to move to Tokyo in 2007.
Hanna started RAORI as a project to be able to take parental leave with her children while living in Brussels, but it quickly grew into a passion for sustainability and a desire to change the fashion world.
RAORI is a Swedish Slow Fashion brand that makes comfortable clothes for women from recycled or natural materials: High-Quality Clothes made from Trash.
RAORI was recently nominated for RE-designer of the year and is right now in the middle of organising a fashion show at UKK in Uppsala.
Slow Fashion is everything that Fast Fashion is not: second hand, re-makes in recycled materials, locally made, made to order and made to measure instead of mass production.
