Vegan Bodybuilder & Online Fitness Coach from Japan.

Her abusive experiences while working as a chef in the US led her to a sense of ethics towards animals, which led her to become a vegan. While studying plant-based nutrition, she started weight training to prove that vegans can be healthy, and through that, she discovered bodybuilding. Currently, she works as an assistant to an American coach while also providing dietary advice and bodybuilding support to vegans.

ドイツ出身、ルイーズ・ケラースマン。海外の友人たちからは、発音しやすいため、イジーと呼ばれている。

20歳近くになった彼女は、まだ何をすべきか、どこに行くべきかを模索中だが、一つだけ確信していることがある。

健康的なライフスタイルが、自分にとってとても重要であり、いつかは職業として他の人々が健康で自分の体に自信を持てるように手助けしたいと思っているということである。

今年ハワイのマウイ島でトレーニングを受けた後、今はピラティスのインストラクターになる道を歩んでいる。

北ドイツの田舎で育った彼女は、常に自然、森、野原、海に刺激を受け、魅了されてきた。若い頃は、はみ出し者で、自由な精神を持った静かな夢想家だと感じていた。

旅をしながら、さまざまな場所を見て、見知らぬ人に会って、新しい食べ物を試して、新しい文化を経験し、人生観を変えたいという圧倒的な衝動がある。

Luise Kellersmann, from Germany. Her international friends call her Izzy because that's much easier to pronounce.

With her almost twenty years, she is still trying to figure out what to do and where to go but one thing is pretty sure; a healthy lifestyle became so important to her and one day she would love to help other people to feel well and confident in their bodies as a profession.

After her training on Maui in Hawaii this year, she is now on her way to becoming a Pilates teacher.

Growing up on the country side of northern Germany, she was always inspired and fascinated by nature, the forests, the fields and the sea. When she was younger, she felt like a misfit, a silent dreamer with a free spirit.

There was this overwhelming urge to see different places, meet strangers, try new food and experience new cultures as well as change her perspective on life while travelling.

PETA Asia (People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals) activist.

Since 2016, he has been involved in animal advocacy activities with Japanese organizations, and continues to hold her own events in front of the Hermes Omotesando store (Defend The Wild) and the aquarium (Freedom For Dolphins) using documentary footage such as "Earthlings" and "Dominion". Since 2021, she has been working as PETA to raise consumer awareness in front of stores such as the G7 Summit, KFC, and H&M. At PETA Asia, she is in charge of campaign planning, corporate negotiations, public relations, and demonstrations. She has been vegan since 2011.

As a belly dancer/instructor:

From 2000 to 2020, she performed at numerous events and shows as a belly dancer. She is the first belly dance instructor at gym in Japan. She runs a studio.

In 2017, I performed every night for three months at first-class hotels, casinos, and amusement parks in Egypt, the home of belly dancing, including the Hilton, Sheraton, Savoy, The Ritz-Carlton, Four Seasons, and a desert stage.

As a healer:

She started learning energy healing in 2004, and for two years from 2018, I provided free distance healing to people who work for animals. I have received happy reports of improvement and complete recovery of asthma, sudden lower back pain, dizziness, stiff shoulders, anxiety, insomnia, spiritual disorders, headaches, adenoids, and other symptoms in animals that are in poor health, have difficulty walking due to old age or breeding, have suddenly lost energy, and have other symptoms of unknown cause.

2004年よりエネルギーヒーリングを学び始め、2018年からの2年は動物のために活動をする人達への無償遠隔ヒーリングを提供。喘息、ぎっくり腰・めまい・肩こり・不安症・不眠・霊障・頭痛・アデノイドなど、また、動物の体調不良・高齢や品種改変による歩行困難・急に元気がなくなった・原因不明の症状などが改善、完治してしまったなど嬉しい報告あり。

Since fully embracing veganism in October 2011, Paul's life has been deeply influenced by the desire to educate others about the ethical, environmental, and health aspects of veganism.
