Hey friend!
I'm back this week and chatting ALL things garden as I am now prepping and planting my indoor seeds. As I am currently typing this, we got hit with another random winter storm, go figure, we just can't win here in the Midwest can we? haha...Soon enough we will all be out there with our hands in the soil and sweat on our brow.
I got all our indoors seedlings planted just in time for our baby to make her arrival 2 days later. It's like she knew she wasn't allowed to come until I had that done! I am so glad I had that all set to go and now I just get to tend to it. I thought it would be too much but it's really been ok.
In this episode I share why to start growing indoors, what plants are ideal to start inside, what you will want to directly sow outside, supplies you may want to consider having, what soil I used, how you can repurpose things around your home, how to grow potatoes from store bought ones, and encouraging you to just go for it and PLANT my friend. I've come a long way from when I began my own gardening journey and here I am 10 years later still learning from mistakes but also feeling super confident in many of the skills I have acquired.
Let's get ourselves eating more homegrown food, becoming more self sufficient, and getting outdoors more! Check out all the linked items below to all that I had mentioned in today's episode...Happy Gardening!
