Marisa Chaela is a Holistic Fitness Coach, founder of Holistic Fitness Labs, and creator of MissFitAndNedy. She graduated from MIT in 2017 and has since been using her platform on YouTube and Instagram to inspire thousands of people to build their own healthy lifestyles. She is passionate about experimenting with diets and encouraging others to question diet dogma and carve their own paths to find what works best for their bodies. A former victim of diet culture, Marisa is on a mission to help women free themselves of the "1200 calorie" diet mentality and discover their inner strength with resistance training.
