We all know that what we eat can support our hormones and energy but it can get super confusing knowing exactly what to eat at each part of our cycle to feel our best as busy women That’s why I’ve summarised what I do in this short snappy episode, so save it to come back to when you need it!

Listen in as I share simple things to add in at different parts of our cycle that will help to alleviate the more challenging symptoms of our cycle - cramps, low mood & energy, and help us maximise our energy when our hormones are peaking. I also touch on how to move and rest to match our cycle - we are not machines and when we understand and support our cycles we can feel at our best at each stage.

These simple habits will also help us at perimenopause and beyond!
