I know how busy teachers are throughout their day and especially now with Covid being a big part of the classroom environment. The work can be daunting but what happens when your techniques aren't working? Do you invest then? Or do you just try to figure it out as you go?

I can tell you from personal experience that figuring it out on the go, doesn't work!! That is why I am taking the time to dive into the importance of not only investing monetarily but also investing your time in professional development.
