My sister Brittany Garmon has had a busy year with quite a few changes. I wanted to have her on so she could talk about what it was like to lose 80 pounds and then wrap up her time as an elementary math teacher to become a health coach (yes, I said changes). It's been fun to watch her grow so much recently and come out of her shell in a lot of unexpected ways. She and her family live in a small Texas town where high school football is king.
