She's A 10 But … or He's A 10 But …, What a game this is! In this weeks episode we find ourselves playing 'The Rating Game', which is spreading like fire across TikTok and Twitter.

We also continue the conversation on the epidemic sweeping across the gym world where men are being 'called out' for alleged inappropriate behavior towards women training.  This time round we watch a video of a exchange in the gym between a frustrated women and two men and give our reaction on the matter.

Finally we add our two pence on whether problems in the relationship should be discussed with friends!
