50. Shifting Your Negative Thoughts & Showing Up For Yourself

Your programming of negative thoughts and limiting beliefs still exist because they are serving you in some way. Instead of pushing them away or pretending like they don't exist, why don't we explore what we are getting out of them being replayed over and over? How do we benefit from them and why do hold onto them so tightly?

Instead of beating ourselves up in guilt and shame for 'not doing enough' how can you take the pressure off yourself and get into a rhythm of just showing UP for yourself. 

Instead of have to's and need tos, what could DECIDING to live from a high vibration do for us? What if we shifted from focusing on the doing to envisioning the BEing?
