This week we sat down with Erica Beaty to talk about sober curiosity. Erica is more than Alex’s sister, she is a yoga and meditation teacher, an ayurvedic health counselor who started drinking at a young age and now has little interested in drinking. Listen to how she went from feeling she needed to drink to not wanting to drink at all. Corey had also been on a sober curiosity kick for the last year and they both share tips and tricks to drink less and have a healthy relationship with alcohol.
