#50: The After-Effects of 75 Hard

In this episode, I talk about the following:

  1. What are the rules of the 75 Hard challenge? For reference, they are these 6 tasks that must be completed EVERY SINGLE day without fail or you restart from day 1.
    1. Drink 1 gallon of water a day
    2. One 45 minute workout
    3. A second 45 minute workout (MUST be outdoors regardless of weather)
    4. Take 1 progress picture
    5. Read 10 pages of a self help or business book
    6. Follow a diet plan of your choosing without deviation OR alcohol
  2. What was the toughest daily task?
  3.  What was the easiest?
  4. What was the outcome of the challenge, both physically and mentally?
  5. Should you do it?
