Most of us want something out of life that really matters to our sense of self-esteem and self-fulfillment. However, we are far too concerned with the public approval and validation of other people so we tend to only do the work when people are watching. However, the true achiever knows that the pursuit matters only to them the most and works at it for the most part when nobody is watching and applauding.
