He bought a house for $175,000 and was renting it out for about $600 per bedroom for a total of $3,600 per month. Now, he rents out about 130 units across Detroit, Philadelphia, Dallas, Austin, and Des Moines. He has 34 employees: 24 cleaners spread out across all 5 cities and 10 remote virtual assistants. Making as much as $450,000 any given month keeping between 30 and 40% profits.
