Szn3, Ep.2: ft. Rob Parker!

Rob is my long time partner and the man that inspired me to pursue a career in sport's journalism.

I tried not to go on too much about his many accomplishments (we didn't have enough time for that anyway) and also aimed to keep the episode casual.

But, for those who don't know, Rob has mentored countless young, black men in the city of Detroit when he called it home, as well as his hometown of NYC, and now LA, where he is a Co-Host of "The Odd Couple" with Chris Broussard, a lead contributing journalist for DeadSpin, the founder and owner of MLBro.com (I felt so awkward for always fudging the title), owner of Sporty Cutz on 7 Mile in Detroit, and he carries me other hats (he recently got into standup comedy and I nearly snorted my drink through my nose at MGM listening to his jokes).

However, I am honored and humbled to call Rob a friend, who always asks me to come out for some good food and a game when we're in one another's cities.
