When is an apology, not an apology? 505 Games seems determined to plumb the depths of this question, as it continues to grapple with explanations for just why new purchasers of Remedy Entertainment's CONTROL will receive a free upgrade to next generation systems (PS5/Xbox Series X), while original supports of the product will not.

But in continuing their campaign of complete opacity (and ignoring myriad different ways to make fans of their games whole), they might just be making things significantly worse.
