It starts with you. Show them it's okay to be vulnerable and to have emotions and that it's okay to be mad and to have tough days. Tough times don't last, but tough people do. Ask yourself: *What will you do to help your children to be great? *What if you started to live the life that you wanted your children to live? Rise up. Do it for your children, do it for your future.
