There are things we do daily that point to the fact that we aren't always the kindest to ourselves. One of those things, at times, takes up most of the day. For some people, it is there day. I am talking about self talk, specifically, negative self-talk.
We constantly talk to ourselves throughout the day. In many cases it is negative. In fact, that is the default for most people. However, there are ways to train ourselves to turn that negative speak into a positive one.
That is what I am going to focus on today, the ways to challenge your negative self talk in an effort to have it embrace positivity and kindness for self.
