I’ve been through some things. God delivered me from a toxic relationship that nearly broke me, a 30-year cigarette addiction that had me gasping for air, and emotional eating that pushed me to my highest weight—396 pounds.

In this 3-part series, I’m telling the truth and shaming every devil that said I wouldn’t make it out. With faith, family, and friends (and a few funny moments in between), I found freedom—and so can you. This journey wasn’t easy, but it was worth every tear, craving, and prayer.
