In this episode Kris abandons his plans on an interview structure after the first question, and somehow we miraculously still manage to learn more about Wes among other things.

Wes and Kris meet out for breakfast to discuss consciousness. What is it? How is it defined? When does it start? As usual, they stray off into the weeds on a few other topics, but they eventually find their way back.

On ep. 4 Wes and Kris discuss the science currently attempting to unlock the mysteries controlling why we age and how we might be able slow it down, stop it, or maybe even reverse it. They reference the book "Lifespan -Why We Age and Why We Don't Have To" by David Sinclair Ph.D. Additionally, they discuss some of the repercussions if aging is somehow eliminated. How might extreme old age affect how we live our lives in the future? It is an interesting topic whether you have made 50 trips around the sun or even just 20.

Wes and Kris discuss some possible future episode topics and tip toe into what happens at light speed. Kristifer discusses his water collection system for reason, and they both decide in the next topic

The guys sit down for breakfast in an effort to figure out what kind of podcast they want to publish. Of course it quickly derails into climate change, electric cars, and the difference between "artistic" and "creative". Oh yeah, Kris almost chokes to death on a piece of bacon.
