When our thoughts are irrational, exaggerated, or negative then we may become anxious or emotional and our performance is likely to decline.

One way of lifting yourself up when you are feeling down, is to listen to uplifting positive statements, also known as affirmations. Affirmations are a powerful way to change or adjust old negative thoughts or self talk. When used properly, positive self-talk and positive affirmations can change your life.

These healing and uplifting self love affirmations are put together to brighter your day and remind you of how powerful you are, as words have tremendous power over our minds, bodies, and our performance.

Listen to these positive uplifting affirmations as often as you need. You can choose to just listen to them, or repeat them in your mind or out loud.
