We are wasting too much of our time drowning in negative emotions which is causing us to not fully enjoy our lives and help other people do the same. Focus on developing awareness about your own negative feelings and develop thinking tools to overcome and rather than running away from people that are struggling with the same problem, do you best to help them find a way out too!
