Justus Galac joins the Mike & Brooker Show this week. Justus is the former head of strength and conditioning for the New York Jets. Justus and has been involved with the team for the last 10 years since joining the Jets in 2012 as an assistant S&C coach. Prior to the Jets, Justus worked with the Villanova football team and earned the Samson FCS S&C Coach of the year in 2010. A great guy, we hope you enjoy!
