Today I'm talking with Claire who speaks so genuinely to navigating difficult breastfeeding relationships.

She previously held breastfeeding grief circles to bring to light the struggles that some women may be feeling in these experiences.

Claire goes into her own trauma and hardships of breastfeeding her children, trying to seek help and not receiving it and being gaslit about her struggles from providers and consultants as she was trying to improve her situation.

After coming into the realization that she did everything she could to breastfeed her first daughter, Claire was able to come into a state of acceptance and then worked hard to create a breastfeeding relationship with her second daughter.
