High-resolution spatial transcriptomics reveals that JAG1-NOTCH1 signaling drives the formation of a CAF-Epi niche during esophageal cancer progression. This niche triggers ECM remodeling and creates an immune-suppressive barrier, facilitating tumor evasion and poor prognosis.
