Matt Araiza was drafted by the Bills. Two days later, he was named in a civil lawsuit which destroyed his life. Although San Diego police and state's attorneys deemed the allegations as "not prosecutable" the money-grubbing lawsuit's claims were so scandalous that everyone assumed Araiza was a vicious criminal of the worst kind. Matt was wrongfully accused, and has refused to settle out of court, to make it just go away, saying his good name if priceless. Now his accuser has dropped the suit-- but how much damage has been done?
