It seems that we spend more time taking care of our physical health instead of taking care of our psychological, mental, and emotional health.

Today Podcast I want to talk to you about first aid for an emotional injury.

If you're finding yourself in a place of unhappiness or sadness, even depression or you're suffering from anxiety, fear and worry, there is a pain somewhere in your soul, in your heart and your mind. And we need to find the cause.

You need to change your responses to that emotional event. You need to protect your self-esteem and you need to change your patterns. All of this. Once you have mastered these steps, you're actually building emotional resilience and you're breaking negative patterns. And so that today is my formula for your first aid for emotional healing.
