Today podcast about understanding emotional healing.
Basically, certain events in your life, whether it's bereavement, accidents, divorce, or you know, negative emotional responses of other people can affect you deeply.
The key to emotional healing lies not in what you experienced, but how you perceive the experience. So the quality of your life depends more on your emotional state than this specific event.
Other things that I want to say, the, your emotions direct you to take action and keep you emotionally, happily happy and physically secure.
The last tip that I really want to say to you in this podcast is you need to acknowledge name and express your mo emotion in the appropriate way.
For today's podcast, we're talking about how to become mentally strong.
Here are three kinds of destructive beliefs.
1. Unhealthy belief about yourself or your own self-image.
2. An unhealthy belief about others
3. Unhealthy belief about the world that you live in
If you want to get a breakthrough in your life and you want to get mentally strong, you have to do a mindset shift and you have to take back control of your mind and start to harness the strength that it already has and build on that just like you as you would if you wanted to build your muscle.
It seems that we spend more time taking care of our physical health instead of taking care of our psychological, mental, and emotional health.

Here are the 7 keys that are going to help you to go from a bad diet and transition you into a healthy diet.
Key 1 - When you feel good, you usually eat well.
Key 2 - When you feel bad, you may eat badly
Key 3 - You need to get a revelation or an understanding of that food is fuel.
Key 4 - Food is a physical reflection of your inner emotional state.
Key 5 - Food affects your mood or your brain.
Key 6 - You need to let go of childhood conditioning.
Key 7 - Understand food and feelings is you need to have a healthy body image.
I really wanted you to know the connection between your emotions and your food and what you're eating and the choices that you're making.
Figuring out who we are and what we want out of life can be challenging if at any point you, like me, veered off the course of self-exploration and self-acceptance.
But eventually, life smacks us in the face enough times that we’re forced to admit the truth: we’re totally lost, and we need to get our balance back!
At that moment, there is surrender to something much bigger than our individual selves, and we start this journey again. Only this time, we’re present; we’re tuned in to what’s up, and we’re ready.

Every Thought has a chemical reaction, learn how it effects your body good or bad
Increasing evidence exists of the power of mind over matter. Thinking can make you ill or make you better because your mind and body work in unison. The placebo effect (where a patient gets well while unknowingly taking a sugar pill rather than real medication) demonstrates the ability of the mind to heal you physically. Optimism supports both health and emotional
wellbeing. Any activity that makes you happy enhances immunity. Your tissues are intelligent. Your immune system has the capacity for memory and responds to positive feelings. The most immediate way for you to help your immune system is by introducing positive and life-affirming responses to your situation, which reduce the body’s state of hyper-arousal and stress. You’re able to move feelings from defeat or despair to hope and action by changing the focus of your mind from the negative to the positive and creating a plan to have your needs met.
For example, research suggests that after being diagnosed with breast cancer, patients who increase hope for recovery with the clear intention to be positive about an effective future have a better quality of life and, for some, improved recovery. Another study shows that when patients decrease their stress and quieten their bodies, they reduce their levels of the hormone cortisol and their prognosis improves.
