Today we’ve got on Travis Stoetzel from The Forged Father. 

Travis is a Husband, Father of 4 - soon to be 5, and Coach who specializes in helping high-achieving Ex-Athlete DADS destroy the “dad bod” and gain the edge back in their lives - but more importantly he helps dads connect deeply with their Mission, Vision, and Purpose (or their MVP) - connecting them with their “why” so that when life gets tough, as it inevitably does - dads can tap into that purpose and keep going. 

Travis’s coaching group “The Forged Father” has helped hundreds of Dads get back into shape and start showing up the way they were meant to. 

Travis is a CrossFit athlete, placing 7th overall in the world in the 2018 CrossFit games as a master’s athlete - and still competes today. 

Travis is living his life as a clear example of what is possible as a busy Dad - I mean Travis has 4 kids, with another one on the way by the way, and still manages to kick ass in every area of his life.
