Hello, HTHers (How to Humaners)! Today's episode is about getting unstuck. It is not uncommon to feel a nudge inside of us, especially at the beginning of a new year, to make a change in some area of our lives, whether it be in our relationships, our work, our physical wellness, our mental wellness. These changes are desired so that we can be more of the human that we want to be and/or have the capacity to be.
I often tell people that to get unstuck is really an inside job. Our brain offers up a lot of mental resistance to change and because of this, it needs to be managed and redirected.
