Tyler Schmitt earned a bachelor’s degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management from Penn State, where he was the President of the Phi Gamma Delta fraternity. After working in the food service industry for 5 years he landed a job at VaynerMedia as Community Manager, then diligently worked his way up to become Gary Vaynerchuck’s assistant. He now works as Gary’s Chief of Staff, strategically working behind the scenes, allowing Gary to focus on his multiple ventures and Fortune 100 clients.
