One of the themes in the book Commencement: “The Beginning of a New Era in Higher Education” is leadership.  The book contains in depth discussions, as well as illuminating examples, of what leaders in higher education are thinking and doing.  In this episode I’ll share some of my recent thoughts on how leaders are made, and the realities of success and failure.  No theory here, just lessons learned.
