Meditations can be done moving! While you're doing something, turn it into a meditation by becoming more present with your actions and especially your thoughts.

I got inspired to create this because I see taking out the trash as a negative experience, but I wanted to turn it into a positive experience. It's the small moments in life that matter. If we can turn around every small moment to be enjoyable then we'll have lots of positive moments every day.
