It's been over a year since the last new episode of SBR The Podcast. I've missed broadcasting. So here I am. 

This is a very short little catch up with you guys, in case any of you are still out there. Briefly touched on Broadway/theater topics, my new Peloton obsession, what I've been up to, and *very* briefly mention the concept of Twin Flames.
