What do you say after such a long hiatus? Hello? Is anyone there? Do you remember me? Are you a first timer? I'm just kind of having a quick catch up and asking what you'd like to hear from me in the future. @sidebradio on fka twitter. @sidebpodcast on IG. @imstephwalsh everywhere. Let me know how it's going.
Welcome back! or welcome for the first time... it's 2023. This conversation happened in November 2022, but unsurprisingly it's still super relevant because our society still has a full on vendetta against plus sized people. How dare we exist? How dare we make people have to look at us existing? How dare we be anything but ashamed and contrite about how we look?! I was joined by two of my friends who are mid to plus sized - you can hear how they self identify and we discussed this topic at length. Please enjoy. Please feel free to contribute your thoughts. @sidebradio on the twitter. @sidebpodcast on the instagram. Hope to talk to you guys more this year! Sorry for the sporadic posts and the random absences. Your girl is busy. xoxo!
It's been over a year since the last new episode of SBR The Podcast. I've missed broadcasting. So here I am.
This is a very short little catch up with you guys, in case any of you are still out there. Briefly touched on Broadway/theater topics, my new Peloton obsession, what I've been up to, and *very* briefly mention the concept of Twin Flames.
I'm hoping to ease back into this, I actually have some friends I'd like to interview and I even have several ideas for show formats. Please let me know if you hear this and what you think. you can find me on twitter @sidebradio and instagram @sidebpodcast.
Happy listening. Enjoy.
SBR Jingle by TalkFine (Clark Baxtresser & Pierce Siebers).
This week, my guest is the charming and hilarious Esther Fallick. Esther is a comedian, writer, performer, and a trans woman. We discussed her new monthly variety show and a lot more, the topics of gender identity, sexuality, and dysphoria are discussed. I found the conversation educational and fun. I hope you do too. follow @estherfallick on social media. find me @sidebradio on twitter. @sidebpodcast on instagram.
I've known Adrienne for several years and I have always been so fascinated by her work, so I asked her to sit down and tell me all about it. and she graciously did... and it took me a really long time to post this episode despite our conversation taking place several months ago. I apologize profusely. but it's here now, and in my opinion, still pretty awesome. Enjoy.
HELLO LOVES! (you'll see what I did there in a moment). Long time no see. I'm so happy to be back with an exciting episode for you. I had a lovely zoom chat with Arthur Lewis of Freestyle Love Supreme (and various other things) to discuss his new single, Hello Love (see, I told you). We also discussed his other work. I think it was a good time. Hopefully you do too. I have another episode all lined up and ready to go for next week and I'm so sorry I've been away so long. But we're back baby.
Follow on socials, @sidebradio on twitter, @sidebpodcast on instagram. you know the drill. YAY!

Hi Friends! Long time no see, if you're not on Spotify that is. There's a new format for podcasts on anchor featuring music- that can only be heard on Spotify. I'll tell you all about it in the episode. This week's conversation with my good friend, Amanda, did not go as planned but I found it interesting nonetheless. Hopefully you will too. Find me on the socials and let me know what you think. twitter @sidebradio; instagram @sidebpodcast and facebook at side b radio. It's good to be back, folks. See you next week!
Hi friends. I just wanted to come on here and talk to you a little bit about what I see for the upcoming season. Looking for your input here, so please hit me up and let me know. Twitter and Facebook: @sidebradio instagram: @sidebpodcast. I welcome any and all feedback. Thank you!! Stay safe!
I've decided to take a little break from Side B. I don't have the contacts to consistently crank out new interviews- as much as I wish I did. I have 2 other podcasts that have topics and cohosts and they're much easier to produce than this one that I have no help with. It's not the end, because I love doing this too much to just hang it up, but I am taking a few weeks off to figure it out. So, I'll see ya in season 2.
Take care of yourself, see you next week!
