They are creating a retreat together in Ibiza 14-19th October 2019 in the North of the island and through this exploration of medicinal movement with Jo and Bens coaching they hope to steer people towards the path that facilitates contentment, not just Happiness.

Ben was living a life that was not making him happy, focussing purely on the aesthetics of life and material posessions, but as soon as he got naked on Instagram and went on national TV to talk about his inability to reach satisfaction through sex, his name was plunged out into the public domain and his purpose to help others through his coaching has become more acessible.
