This podcast is the result of an English reading project in Year 7. After reading “I Survived the Sinking of the Titanic, 1912” by Lauren Tarshis, our students created their own audio interpretations of the story. They discussed characters, shared opinions, interviewed each other in roleplay, and explored the historical background of the Titanic disaster.
Speaking is an essential part of language learning – and a podcast is a fun and powerful tool to practise this skill. Our students were excited to turn their reading experience into spoken language – using creativity, teamwork, and their own words to bring the story to life.
Sendungsgestaltung: Manuel Krknjak
