Alyssa Royse and her husband Brady Collins own Rocket CrossFit in Seattle. When she’s not in the gym, she’s helping other gyms and fitness brands around the country foster inclusivity in their approach to fitness.

Prior to owning a gym, Alyssa worked as a trained sex-educator, and had years of experience in marketing and entrepreneurship. She thought owning a gym would be easier. Turns out, it’s the perfect mix of all of her previous experiences, and is definitely not the “chill” time she thought it would be. Which is good, because it turns out that Alyssa is not good at “chill.”
