Are you 30 years or older?? Do you want to live a strong, healthy, vibrant life? Does staying active and doing all the things you love late in your years sound appealing? If so, then you'll want to tune in to today's episode. I just turned 30 and now need to really make sure I am on top of my game here. I ain't 20 anymore, haha!

LESS MUSCLE MEANS GREATER WEAKNESS AND LESS MOBILITY! I'm sure most people don't want that to happen to them and would strive to do the things that would prevent that from happening. Let's focus on health for the long run here, no quick fixes. You want to live that life like I mentioned above? Then it requires your consistent and intentional actions day in and day out. Realize that your health isn't just about physical appearance but rather how the body is functioning on the inside so you can wake up and thrive every day.
