This is such a fun conversation that I have today with Zakiya. Her energy is so vibrant and speaking with her brought such joy to my heart. 

Zakiya shares about her decision to birth with a Traditional Midwife, a truly Wise Woman, for her first baby and how she came to this very aligned and powerful decision for herself. 

She made sure that she was informed and researched her choices to birth her baby in her total power, free of the system and that is what she did!

I absolutely loved hearing Zakiya’s words and how she tells her story. She was honoured in her authority and truly was respected and held in reverence by her Traditional Midwife and Doula, so please sit back and listen to this woman stepping into her power to birth her baby.
