Husky Talk- SNS

53 Man Roster

Listen Later

Husky Talk-SNS returns with UConn Football legend, Captain Sean Mulcahy. We go over our New York Football Giants final preseason game, a big victory and QB Tommy Devito played great. Now we look at all the positions and pick who we believe should be on the final 53 man roster. Get ready for fireworks!
Watch as Sean and I evaluate every position group on the Giants and whittle the roster down to it's final number. We also talk about the documentary on the Dallas Cowboys, its a blast. Sean refuses to watch it, I said I went back to look at Jaws and Red Dawn for you! Sean can watch a few episodes for me. He also talks about Afa Anoai and meeting him on his visit to UConn. We think he became part of the UConn Huskies before he attended prep school. I shared a story about my favorite Lissa Bloom Jussaume, who I still can't get to be interviewed, but I know she doesn't hate me totally. I shared the story how she was kind enough to take Ed and I to a WWE PPV in Hartford, one of the greatest experiences of my life. However, we got off to a bad start since we were sitting with many wrestlers' families. Ed and I can't be together without causing debauchery, Mark Henry is in the ring. The World's Strongest Man, Ed stands up and yells YOU FAT.... which did not go over well. Mark Henry's girlfriend was sitting behind us and was ready to fight Ed. '
After the show, of course I have to make things worse. Lissa takes us to the hotel to see her brother and I am in awe because I am such a loser fan boy. Matt Bloom could not have been nicer to me and talked football. Test, another wrestler, was his tag team partner at the time. I wore an nWo tee shirt, Test asked why I would show up to a WWE event wearing merchandise from their rival company. Sadly, I said because Hulk Hogan is my hero, and I would take a bullet for him. Test marveled that I was a 19-year-old man and had no issue telling people Hulk Hogan was my hero like an 8-year-old kid says. I managed to embarrass myself further after seeing her brothers ring gear hanging up in the room. Then, I asked her brother if I could try on his outfit. Matt looked at Lissa and said "is this guy for real" which is when everyone erupted in laughter.
The Kevin Freeman Get Buckets Academy is a top, elite basketball camp in the nation and registration is now open in Springfield, MA. Kevin is a UConn Men's Basketball legend, who led the UConn Huskies to their first National Championship in 1999. The camp focuses on teaching high level basketball skills training, 45 minutes of skill workouts, and 45 controlled scrimmages. This is a spectacular 4-week program where noticeable improvement will be achieved. Kevin specifically focuses on the development of young athletes, from 3rd to 6th grade because he knows it is much easier to teach players proper techniques early on, instead of the challenging task of breaking bad habits during their high school years. An amazing opportunity for kids to grow, learning from one of the best in Kevin Freeman. Not only a legendary player, but an experienced coach who understands how to get kids better. Camp runs from September 20th to October 18th, from 9
am until 10:30am. Spots are going fast, the cost is $189 dollars, again, for a month long and register by e-mailing [email protected]. Springfield, this is a deal and a golden ticket to be coached by a legend. Sign up NOW
