He was arraigned and arrested in New York and plead not guilty to all counts. 2) Gov. Ron DeSantis signed a measure that will allow Florida residents to carry concealed guns without a state permit. Supporters of gun rights have repeatedly called on GOP legislators to go further by allowing people to carry guns openly.
