#53 Your Emergency Kit

Are you one of those people who is always prepared for emergencies? For instance, do you have an emergency kit in the trunk of your car? Have you ever had an emergency and wished you’d had something you didn't have? 

Well, on our journey through life, we need an emergency kit also.

Even though we may have faith that we're connected to a Higher Power and can be directed to our highest good, “shit happens” as they say.  There are circumstances and people that will disappoint us and we don’t have control over them.  This is just a fact of life. And if we aren’t prepared - both mentally and physically, we might find ourselves thrashing around wondering what to do, and being agitated and upset.  

I’ve had a few experiences like this lately, as I shared in episodes #51 and #52 and I recently coached a client who was having one too and it occurred to me that it would be very helpful to create a little emergency kit for those times when you are triggered and want to nip it in the bud and take your power back.
