Amy Friedman is an author, writing teacher, and the editor of a young people's writing and artwork anthology. The 11th edition, "A Secret Chord," will be releasing soon. Amy is a founder member of what is now The Pathfinder Network, a Portland, Oregon-based nonprofit providing justice-system-impacted individuals and families with the tools and support they need to be safe and to thrive in our communities. Through writing, art and photography, these brave young people express their pain, transforming it into hope and healing, and provide us with some incredible insights.
