Dr. Duncan Simpson, Head of Mental Conditioning at IMG Academy joins Jon and Andy to discuss all things mental performance. 

Duncan was just recently named to the executive board of the Association of Applied Sport Psychology as the Research & Practice Division Head, and on this episode Duncan shares how he goes about teaching his favorite research topic - Imagery & Visualization.
